Admission Policy
Attendance
• Admission to the Korea Electronics Manufacturing Industry Exhibition and Automotive World Korea (the "Exhibition") is restricted to individuals with badges, including pre-registered attendees, on-site registrants, exhibitors, media, and speakers.
On-Site Registration
•On-site registrants will be charged an on-site admission fee of KRW 10,000.
Admission
Entry is limited to individuals directly related to the exhibition, including attendees, industry professionals, and exhibitors.
Information Sharing
•By allowing their badge to be scanned, attendees consent to sharing their contact information with exhibitors or sponsors, enabling them to reach out regarding their products or services.
Badge Security
Badges registered under one’s name must not be used by another person. Violation of this rule may result in expulsion from the exhibition for both the badge holder and the person wearing it.
Any badge obtained through illegal means may result in expulsion.
Identification
Visitors under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult guardian.
Visitors aged 12 and older must register or complete on-site registration for entry.
Service Animals
Only guide dogs or other service animals are permitted at the exhibition.
Activities
Attendees must refrain from engaging in activities that disrupt the exhibition. Political demonstrations, campaigning, and unnecessary promotional flyer distribution are strictly prohibited.
Press
Exhibition press badges are issued exclusively to relevant industry publishers, editors, journalists, photographers, and broadcasters. Applicants must provide proof of affiliation, such as credentials, business cards, or official letters. Advertising and media sales representatives are not eligible for press badges.
Photography and Recording
Official photographers and videographers will capture photos and videos during the exhibition. By attending, visitors consent to being photographed or recorded, with the materials used for promotional purposes by the organizers.
Attendees are prohibited from taking photographs, recording audio, or creating videos of the exhibition without prior written approval from the organizers.
Rights Reserved
The organizers reserve the right to deny entry to anyone who violates or appears likely to violate this policy based on reasonable judgment.
Event Services, Safety, and Security
The safety and security of our staff and attendees are our top priority. We work closely with venue, regional, and national authorities to identify and assess risks and to develop security plans for the exhibition.
All attendees must be aware of the following:
Customer service staff may approach you to provide assistance at the entrance, within the venue, or in exhibition areas.
All staff and attendees must wear the badges provided.
Badge scanners may be in operation at the exhibition.
CCTV systems will monitor and record activities within the venue.
Uniformed security personnel will be present at the event.
Attendees must comply with the following guidelines:
Always keep personal belongings with you and do not leave items unattended.
Report any unusual, suspicious, or out-of-place s to the event staff.
Cooperate with event staff conducting security inspections.
For privacy protection, dispose of your badge at home rather than in trash bins near the exhibition area upon exiting.
